The new water-based silk coating shows the same strength as the standard coating, but it is softer in texture.
This lace is treated with a coating, which gives the lace a five time stronger texture without loosing its original flexibility and transparency. This way you can use a fine, light and transparent lace as if you were using a strong lace. The coating prevents the lace also from fraying. The texture of the four or six times coated lace is stronger than the double coated version, ideal to use as a backlace to keep the wig foundation in good shape. It is also suitable for exposed and strained frontlace.
