FX Design Color is the revolutionary new alcohol-based make-up from Kryolan that raises the standards for professional users to a new level. The innovative formula enables ultra-fine, transparent work in layers as well as opaque color application, ideal for special effects, body paint, cosplay, and much more.
FX Design Color is waterproof, non-abrasive, non-staining, and lasts for hours. It can be used on a wide variety of surfaces, such as made-up and unmade-up skin, latex, silicone, PUR, or latex foams as well as Glatzan and Syncap (in various strengths).
This versatility makes FX Design Color the first choice for professionals and hobby artists alike.

The solid base product FX Design Color Refill is a compact color mass. The highly pigmented, compact color is activated with isopropyl alcohol (IPA), similar to watercolors. The mixing ratio of alcohol to color allows precise control of the opacity and, therefore, offers unparalleled versatility.
FX Design Color is available in deep containers for easy mixing. The standard size is the square, a format designed for flexibility and efficiency at work. A special highlight is the innovative FX Design Color Palette: a robust metal palette that offers space for 15 magnetic squares, the refills. Once a color has been used up, it can simply be replaced. The palette is stackable, non-slip and has a viewing window in the lid to see the colors at a glance.
The empty palette allows complete customization with the desired refills. In cooperation with leading international FX make-up artists, we have developed palettes that meet the highest professional standards.

Directions

Preparation: Lightly moisten the compact paint with a small amount of isopropyl alcohol (ISO). Then, activate the paint with a brush, adding as much alcohol as needed until the liquid reaches your desired saturation. You can adjust the coverage by varying the ratio of alcohol to paint, achieving anything from full opacity to a delicate, transparent application.

Application: Apply the color mixture to the skin using a brush, sponge, or any other suitable tool, and allow it to dry completely. After drying, you can gently polish the paint with your hand or a dry cloth to add a subtle shine.

Tip: For particularly durable and long-lasting results, use the Thin & Fix Solution as a protective clear coat.

Removal: To remove the paint, we recommend using the FX Remover along with a warm, dampened microfiber cloth. If any paint residue remains, use a piece of soap to gently remove it. Take your time and be gentle during the removal process.
